I had my first appointment at Holmoak Dental Practice today, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail I received was exceptional from start to finish.I was seen by Jasleen, who was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring throughout my appointment. She immediately made me feel at ease, took the time to explain everything clearly, and ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. I’m so pleased with the outcome of today’s appointment and feel confident knowing we have a clear treatment plan in place. As I’m currently in my second trimester of pregnancy, this was also carefully taken into consideration. Thoughtful adjustments were made to keep me as comfortable as possible during the appointment, including having the air conditioning and fans on (specifically in my direction) in the 30-degree heat, which I really appreciated.I also want to give a special mention to Mia, who was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. She patiently sat with me while I completed all of the necessary paperwork, making the process so easy and stress-free. Mia was incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely caring, checking that everything was completed correctly and making sure I felt supported throughout. Her warm and compassionate nature really stood out and made such a positive impression.The whole team made me feel genuinely looked after, and it’s clear that patient care is their top priority. I can’t recommend Holmoak Dental Practice highly enough, and I’m actually looking forward to my future appointments!

As always my dentist Jasleen is very kind, gentle, reassuring and thorough. She always knows how best to maintain my teeth for as long as possible without charging the Earth - as a primarily NHS patient this is important to me.Reception staff are also kind and efficient and waiting times are reasonable, never kept waiting for more than 15 mins beyond appointment time.Thank you everyone, Anne Winfield 😀

I came to the dental practice yesterday to get my composite bonding done by Jas and I could not be any happier! As soon as I came into the practice I was greeted by the receptionist Mia who went above and beyond to be friendly and make me feel welcome and comfortable. When I went into the room Jas explained the process to me and made me feel extremely comfortable. Both Faye and Mercedes where my dental nurses who where nothing but kind, professional and bubbly making the whole procedure amazing! I can not thank and recommend Jas and the team enough for their incredible work and kind and bubbly atmosphere throughout my visit. For years I have wanted my front 4 teeth built up due to them being significantly smaller than average due to genetic factors. Thank you so much for making this possible I could not be anymore grateful or happy with my results!

Best dental service I have ever received. All dentists I have seen take time to ensure I understand what they are doing, discuss fully what options are available. My teeth look and feel like they should.Dental nurses are polite and do their utmost to support the dentist without appearing awkward.. and reception staff are happy smiley people and always find time to fit my schedule. Fully recommend this surgery

I am delighted to have found the Holmoak Dental Practice in Bournemouth and even more so, to have been allocated the most excellent Dentist, Dr.Fadi Safar. I have found him to be friendly, happy,, a good listener, patient. empathetic, reassuring, very informative and probably the most gentle dentist I’ve ever experienced. I can honestly confirm that after todays visit, where I had to undergo an extraction. He was so efficient at removing the tooth, I actually had to ask him if the tooth had been removed - as I had not been aware of any movement or sensation of the tooth being extracted! He gave me verbal, detailed after-care instructions before handing a leaflet backing it up. Excellent dentist. Can’t be more satisfied. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sanya, my dentist, was an absolute pleasure to meet today. Full of positivity to put me and my 7month year old at ease from the moment we walked in; the perfect mix of personable and professional. Sanya was thorough and efficient and delivered a brilliant service alongside the lovely Amina, Santa’s wonderful assistant.Sanya is excellence…my teeth feel and look fabulous; the best they have been in a while and I am so grateful. Thank you also to the lovely Mia on the front desk who gave my daughter and I the warmest welcome and made us feel at home as we she helped is in and out of the dental practice with the buggy and all the baby bits that come with day outs with a 7month old bubba. After an extraction, I needed a plate to make up for a number of gaps in my teeth. The work was done over several appointments with care and precision and the first plate provided by the outside agency was rejected as not fitting well. The replacement was much better and I was grateful for the change which has given me an easy task to get used to the new plate. I commend the Holmoak practice for the high standard of care it has taken.

I had and have always had a great experience at this dental practice. Jasleen is an excellent dentist, very knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. I always feel cared for throughout with thorough and professional service from start to finish. Mia at reception is also wonderful: welcoming, helpful, and super organised, which makes every visit smooth and stress-free. The clinic has a warm, professional atmosphere, and the team genuinely cares about their patients. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Holmoak dental practice for a few years now. They could kindly see me when I was desperate for an appointment a couple of years ago and could not find any other dentist in the area taking on new patients, they managed to squeeze me in and I have been there since! Dr Jasleen has done an amazing job with my teeth and an even better job with my Invisalign! And there is no one better at composite bonding. Jas and her assistant Mercedes are always welcoming and very helpful, such a lovely atmosphere! Thankyou to everyone at Holmoak.

Sania is a wonderful dentist & lady. My 3 children have always been apprehensive about the dentist since having a bad experience at a different practice where they were scared. Sania gained their trust over the course of appointments, took great care in explaining each steps to them and on the whole made their visits to the dentist a happy one. I am forever grateful. Finally found a Dental practice after 5 years. First appointment I was greeted by a caring receptionist in a beautiful house. Ample parking. Sania is absolutely a first class dentist, from the moment I met her I felt so comfortable. She explains and advises everything to me in order to care for my teeth and gums in a hope that I can still keep hold of all my teeth, they're not perfect but, I'd like to keep them for as long as I can. I'd also like to praise this lady for something she picked up on whilst I had a routine check up. I'd been coughing for over 3 months, was told by my Dr (Twice) I had, had a chest infection which was treated with antibiotics. Sania advised me to get a 2nd option as she could see my throat was rather red. I did see another Dr who confirmed I had pneumonia and needed more antibiotics & steroids, I've also been told it'll take me at least 6 months to recover from this. I cannot thank Sania enough for giving me that extra push to get a 2nd opinion.All the staff at the dental practice is very polite and helpful too.

I have been a patient here for many years.Recently I attended to have crown on a back tooth. As always the advice and care from Dr Fadi was the best ! Together with his nurse Edi na they are a great team. and I have been to many dentist over 65 years, This has been the most professional and focused on the patient. It was a difficult tooth , and the care and knowledge from this team made it a good experience. So pleased with the experience of staff at this practise from reception to dr Fadi and Edi . I had a wonderful experience during my dental visit. Dr. Sania did an outstanding job, and thanks to her, I now have a brand-new smile! I feel so much more confident, and that means a great deal to me. I had a dark gap in my front teeth that always bothered me, but she fixed it beautifully. I had an appointment today, the reception was very organised, polite and professional.Then I saw Dr. Fadi Safar, and nurse Edina.Dr. Fadi is excellent, he was very gentle, and I honestly say the anesthesia injections and the whole procedure was painless. He did a great job and I would definitely visit again. He is very professional and knowledgeable with clear plan and direct instructions.Nurse Edina was very helpful and kept me calm and occupied throughout.Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Having had difficulties finding a dentist, I finally got an initial appointment with Holmoak Dental practice and so very grateful and happy that I did.Right from the go get the experience was fantastic, the receptionist was extremely polite and helpful, she even offered to help fill out the new patient form for me as i was a bit nervous and slightly shaky, thank you. I then saw Tommi (please forgive if I've misspelt your name) and her assistant.
